We went camping with my family last weekend right up the canyon from our house at Dimond Fork! It was LOTS of fun ! The kiddos seemed to have had a blast (thanks to all the fun activites Aunt Emily had planned for them... thanks Em you seriously ROCK!!! :)
We we're only there for few nights and on the last night we were there it rained and I felt so bad for Scott and Fia because they were camping in the back of their truck. They Ended up leaving but it was so nice for that short time having all of the family together. (except Nate and Lena in Russia -sniff sniff wish you guys were there.)
Like I've said before and i'll say it again there seriously isn't anything better than being out in nature away from everything with the ones you love the most!
The Kiddos just doing puzzles and playing games.

Giving the dinosaurs a bath, heaven for bid they get dirty camping! :)

Druw caught a butterfly....

...and gave it kisses!

Druw and Brooklyn getting ready to go on a bike ride.

They are so darn cute!!!
Em, Brooklyn, Sheri, Druw and Grandpa leaving for the trail... I so wish I could've gone but being prego I would've died! I know i'm a wussy!

The kids, Daniel, Tre, Druw and Brooklyn eating away at their corn on the cob YUM YUM!!

He LOVES that Corn!!!

The BEST part of camping...... CHILLIN BY THE CAMPFIRE......

The whole point of Grocery Smarts is to slowly build up a food and other storage (like diapers, cleaners, toothbrushes toothpaste ect... etc...... ) so that you will have multiples of what you need and you got them at a CHEAPER price instead of making those quick trips to the store for that 'one thing' you needed and ended up spending WAY too much.
If you have never heard of Grocery Smarts before it's pretty simple. To learn more about it I have the SHE SHOPS SMART blog site on my blog so you can click on it and go to Grocery Smarts in the top left corner. All you really have to do is pay for multiple sunday papers from the Daily Herald (1 per person in the household) and just follow the GS website. There are actual classes that are taught for FREE to teach you the basics on how to get started as well. You WONT regret doing this if you do it. The way the economy is we ALL need to save money in ANY way we can so you might as well on the groceries you're already buying!
Hope this is helpful to those who are interested!!!! :)

Here it is the post you've all been asking for.....

So a few of you have been begging me to post some "belly pictures" and i've decided to give in. This is a big step for me posting these but as i've mentioned before i'm not too good at journaling or keeping up on a scrapbook so my blogging is the way I do it. Since i litterally only have a one or two pictures when I was pregnant with Andruw we decided to take a lot more with this pregnancy so we can see the changes and stuff.

Also the gender (for those who don't know is revealed at the end of the post :)

SO....... Here they are............. month to month (1-5)

MONTH:1

MONTH:2

MONTH:3

MONTH: 4

MONTH:5 I totally feel like on this 5th Month i've just popped out!!!

(More on month 5 just cuz it's at the half way mark and how i looked the day we had our ultra sound!!! :)

We had our ultra sound appointment last Thursday and...... da da da dahhhhh......drum roll please.........

were having a............GIRL!!!!!

We are super excited! It was so funny becasue at the ultrasound she sure was a stubborn little thing. She was breech(which the doc said is pretty normal at this stage in pregnancy) and full on bent in half. She was actually sucking on her toes, it was so cute! The doc doing the ultrasound said, "i've been doing this for 20 plus years and she's got to be right up there with one of the most stubborn ones yet." He was so funny and nice about it.

So since she was being kinda difficult he wasn't able to get very many "cutesy" shots but he was able to get some good ones and we got it all on video so at least we have that.

But she is right on with her mearsurements and everything is there all 10 fingers and all 10 toes and of course all the other good stuff. We're just so happy she seems to be healthy and doing good. I'm feeling great too other than mild heart burn, being tired alot more and I am an emotional mess over EVERYTHING.... just ask Nate he thinks it's funny.

The name that we have chosen is:

McKynlee

It's not too common of a name and I love the way it sounds so that's thats! :)

And there ya have it......

I'll keep ya updated on the latest and the greatest.

Chocolate Chip Cookies.... Yum Yum!!

Today Druw and I decided to make some chocolate chip cookies.
He was such a good helper and loved doing it.
I think we might have our next Betty Crocker ha ha!

He really liked holding the mixer but sometimes he'd say, "here Mommy you do it, it's too loud" and he'd cover his ears.

Pouring in the eggs very carefully....

and the vanilla....

then of course some flour. He did such a good job.

Doing what kids, and us adults haha love to do best.... lick the spoons!!! :)

Making the dough balls... I must say it got kinda messy on this part, but it sure was fun watching him try and make them.

Ready to bake...

Anxiously watching and waiting for them to be done.

The end result. Don't those look so good???

Well..... They were!!!!
Druw LOVED them! He ate 3 in like 3 minutes! :)
And of course with cookies you've gotta have a cold glass of milk.
So that was our fun day today, making some very yummy chocolate chip cookies.
I love making cookies but this time was extra fun and enjoyable making them together with my little buddy Druw!!!!

AnDrUw TuRnEd ThReE

Arrrrr you rrrrready to parrrrrtyyyy???

For Druws Brithday this year we had a PIRATE PIZZA SWIM PARTY!
Alot of Druws cousins, family and friends came.
I think it turned out really good and they all seemed to have a had a BLAST!!!
My Mom and I made some cute eyepatches and pirate bandanas for each of the kids.
They looked so cool all decked out!!!!
Here are just a of few of the Pirates that came to Druws birthday.
There were big kid pirates...... Daniel, Christian and Ashton.....
..... and little biddy baby pirates. (My friend Sarahs baby Dallas)
We all ate yummy pizza and had homade rootbeer. (Thanks Logan :)
The fun pools, slip-n-slides and sprinklers the kiddos played in.
We had them play the game... Pin The Eyepatch On The Pirate!
It was so funny wathching them try and do it after we spun them around.
It was also so funny to watch the little ones who didn't understand how to play too well try and peek through the bandana. It was way fun!
My VERY crafty and creative sister Emily made this pirate ship to put the cupcakes on. It turned out soooooooo awesome!! You can't read it but on the front read flag it reads,
CAPTAIN DRUW!!! Thanks Em, you're the BEST!!!
The group singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Captain Druw!!!

Druw opening all of the awesome presants from his friends. Thanks everyone, you're GREAT! Druw LOVED everything!!!
And last but not least when the party was over and it was time for everyone to go I had a tent set up with a pirate inside holding a treasure chest with goodie bags to give to the kids.
It was fun seeing how some of the kids reacted to it, some thought he was going to come alive.
Ha Ha!!
I think the party turned out GREAT! Thanks everyone who helped!!!
Now some fun facts about Druw:

-Watching "Woovies" (Movies, but that's how he says it)
-
I really cannot believe my little Druw is now 3 years old.
Where the heck did that time go? I still remember being pregnant with him like it was just yeasterday. Him as a little baby in the NICU like it was just yesterday. Him sitting up, crawling, taking his first step, going potty in the toilet for the first time I remember all those things like it really was just yesterday. It's a bittersweet watching him grow up and turn into a big boy. It is fun to see him develop his own little personality and become more independent but at the same time it's kinda sad knowing he will only be this little for a short time. Sometimes I wish I could just stop time but that is impossile so I need to cherish EVERY second I can with him because one day he'll be all grown up and out on his own.
I love you more than anything in this whole wide world Andruw!
You bring a smile to my face everyday!!!
I can't get enough of you!! :)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LITTLE GUY!!!!!!

*HaPpY 4th Of JuLy*

So the 4th of July is by far my favorite holiday! I love how everyone gets together with their friends and familes and enjoys being with each other having a good time doing whatever it may be, big breakfast, bbq's, fireworks, parades, movies, the festivals or just playing games. I love how red white and blue is seen every where you look, and those great counrty songs are playing on the radio! I LOVE IT ALL!! I also just love the feeling I get on the 4th just knowing we're celebrating our country and the freedoms we all enjoy and the price that has been paid and still is being paid for that freedom. I get choked up at the parade every year when the flag goes by and we all stand up in silence with our hands on our hearts showing our respect to the flag and to the importants and special symbolism it is to our country. I know our country is full of different types of people with different outlooks and views on EVERYTHING so it's just neat to me to have a day set a side out of the year to come together as a country and show our patriotism and celebrate being an American!!!
Let freedom ring!!!! Happy 4th of July everyone!!! :)
We had a GREAT 4th!
It stared a day early by going to Grammy and Paws house to have a bbq and light some fireworks!

Druw Lovin on that watermelon!

Cameron eating a triple stacked burger bigger than his face! :)

Cousins and best buddies Charley Ashton and Druw being SUPER HEROS.
(They were so cute to watch play together.)

Now those are some serious lookin super heros! They mean buisness! :)

Nate put on a nice firework show for us! This was the finale!

The next morning we woke up bright and early and went to the balloon festival. Well we attempted to go, we pulled up and it was JAM PACKED so we just sat in our car and watched it.
These two were Druws favorite ones:

Then of course we went to the parade!

After the parade we went to the art festival. While we were there Druw wanted to get his face painted like he did last year. (looks like this will be a tradition every 4th of July:)
There were tons of different paintings he could choose from and he chose the LION.
He was so cute! RRRROOOOAAARRRR!!! He thought he was so cool! :)

Then we went over to my parents house and watched the stadium of fire fireworks from on top of their roof. They've got a great view.
( My camera died so I don't have any pics, but it was a great show!!!)

This is a video of Druw saying the pledge of alligence. He needed my help with some of it but he's got it down pretty good. I love how he doesn't take his hand off of his heart the whole time. I should mention that i've never tried to teach this to him he just picked up on it somehow. He's one smart cookie!!

(Sorry you have to tilt your head to watch it)
